Cant load/save ships

hello I just got the new update on my computer. but I cant save ships, I can't load ships, and I cant launch any ships, averytime I try loading a ship the ship files don't show. when I try launching the game freezes but not all the way I cant rotate screen and I cant select anything. how do I fix this? help plz.

This is also what's happening to me. I completely uninstalled and deleted all local files, installed again but I still get this issue.
