Boeing P-8 Poseidon [Mostly a replica. I had no choice but to install four engines.]

And to the guy impersonating juanxlink, down vote our craft pages however much you want, but remember that the ratings have become meaningless. Congratulations, mr. troll. :D

Anyways, here's my Boeing P-8 Poseidon. It's still a work in progress, with aerodynamic refinement on the agenda, but I think this thing flies well for having over 18,000 units of liquid fuel and only four jet engines. Heck, without the four missiles, it cruises at 180 m/s. :):D

While you're taking off, you have to wait until you reach 50-60 m/s and retract the rearmost impact gear. This will allow you to safely take off.

After you read the instructions above, you can actually fly this huge jet: https://www.dropbox.com/s/xtxd1fdq6wk3n2r/Poseidon%20Prototype%201_1.craft?dl=0

I also fixed the slight issue of landing gear explosions in flight. Also, don't fly this thing like a fighter. It flies like the real thing, which is based off of a passenger airliner with an extremely large fuel load.

Its armament consists of four supersonic cruise missiles, a MAD (magnetic anomaly detector) tail boom, and a small bomb bay for the yet to be installed countermeasure cartridge.

Now that I like, functional, practical and a good representation of the real thing! I made a BAe Nimrod R1 last night with the new flight model and it can now fly straight! :)

Good job sir!

Sam

Thank you.

Nice craft, you can easily clip 2 engines into the others engines and make it a proper replica :)

I was going to do so, but there's a poster lurking here that downvotes and insults any craft with clipped engines and parts.

This was my attempt at a balancing act, but it turned a 737 into a 707. :)

As long as it has enough thrust, I'm happy. :D

Thank you.
