How to create a maneuver node ?

I have played over 100 hours on 0.90 and created many maneuver nodes, but this seems impossible on 1.0 ? I have upgraded the tracking station, the launch pad and the admin building. But any mouseclick on the trajectory in map view is ignored (selecting a target works though).

What do I need to do to be able to create maneuver nodes ?
