Put sub forums under Add-on Releases for KSP version

This would make finding mods that have been updated for a paticular release much easier.

You're assuming that a number of things would go along with it, namely (1) that people would post their threads in the right sections to begin with (a fair amount of the time, they won't, either due to carelessness, or harmless ignorance), and (2) that this forum has enough moderators to go through the ordeal of moving just about every actively-developed-mod's thread from one section to the next as they're updated (we don't).

Certainly, it would be nice if it worked this way, but at present it's not really feasible.

Also, this thread needs to be in the Kerbal Network, so I've moved it.
