X-55 stick axis not mapping in 1.0

Since the 1.0 update the x-55 rhinos stick axix wont map. My rudder pedals and the throttle still map just fine and the sticks buttons map fine but the pitch and yaw do not work. They are detected in the options but do not work in game.

I have tried deleting the settings file and tried again but still not working.
