i did my usual lap around the moon grabbing all the eva reports i can from low orbit. transmitted them back and no science was gained. i can get the same eva reports over again. tried transmitting several times. also happens for crew reports.

to cut out some simple answers yes solar panels batteries and plenty of electric charge.
