Impossible to use thrusters in docking mode?! (Delete settings.cfg)

Ever since I updated to 1.0, I found it is impossible to use the thrusters in docking mode (where shift = up, ctrl = down, D = right, A = left, W = forward, S = backwards).

Before, all I would have to do is just click on the bottom left side panel to activate docking mode on the thrusters, but now the system just completely ignores this and continues swiveling my spacecraft even when the thrusters are properly placed.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Hi upsilone!

I have got the same problem which keeps me from docking completely. The problem seem to be reproducable and it affects linear/rotation control in docking mode. If I switch between those (pressing Space) my stages fire, which is most annoying if I used "up" right before (Shift actually). I tested this on a completely clean installation without any mods.

This has been solved here; Just delete the settings.cfg file in your KSP root folder. Note that you may want to change the keybinding for translate up/down and forward/backward in docking mode as they have swapped places.
