Making a clean start in 1.0

In previous versions I've built up a collection of old mods in my GameData folder. Now that 1.0 has released I would like to clean every mod out and start again from the stock game.

Can someone advise what folders (and files?) should be in my GameData folder if I was able to do a clean install of 1.0 and never added any mods.

I don't want to delete something that I think is a mod but which has now got incorporated into the stock game.

For 1.0 only squad.

The only thing that would be in there is the "squad" folder. All the stock stuff is in there.

There should be only one Folder in GameData : SQUAD.

Edit : Punted to Add-On Affairs.
