<math> producing "Failed to parse (unknown error)"

Everything with a math tag in the wiki is giving me a "Failed to parse" error.

Thanks. I also am apparently unable to edit the wiki. Everytime I try to save an edit, I get a blank screen and the edits don't stick. I'm not sure if I need to be registered (I can log into the wiki with my forum account), but the registration link takes me to a "file not found" page. Should I start a new thread for this?
