I think it says something about me that the first thing I thought when i saw the Hex resource scanner was: "What happens when it's spinning and it hits a Kerbal?" The second thing I thought was "I could build a telescope using that." And here it is1 Due for launch in 2018, JWST will be the next Hubble, taking our knowledge of the early days of the universe further than ever before. They said it couldn't be built in KSP! And... well, they were right. Until now, at least! I hope you all like it!

Craft Info: 90 parts, 13.6 tons. It's a pain in the arse to balance, but there's probably a way to fit it into a fairing.
