Can't get Munar Eclipse effect

I was trying to find the effect shown off in a picture a couple of weeks ago of the moon going red, presumably during a Lunar, Munar eclipse, but I have not been able to do it. Has anyone else seen it or did this feature not make it into the game.

That picture was photoshopped for the riddle, to indicate that the series of numbers had to do with a lunar eclipse
