Fix the tutorial dialogue!

It's a bit of a minor thing, but the dialogue in all of the tutorials could really use some English to English translation. They are a bit sloppy, though it gets the point across. Little errors, like commas where semicolons could be, or certain words that could use quotation marks, run-on sentences, etc. (And some typos, the last time I checked.)
