Almost all parachutes from mods (updated to 1.0 part mods) behave strangely. When they fully deploy them the capsule tilts to 45 degrees and it begins to gain speed towards the ground even if the chute id fully deployed. It happens with most of the parachutes from the mods. Stock ones are ok.
