Help getting to Mun

Hello, I'm a KSP player that has been playing since 2013, but with the new aerodynamics I just can't seem to get to the Mun. I'm at Tier 4 progression, and I have all there and none after. Anyone got any tips to help me out?

need a bit info on why you can't get to Mun, and how.

- do you run short on dV?

- can you fly by?

- can you orbit?

- can you land?

you say Mun so i'm assuming you can at least put a rocket in orbit?

A general tip is to trim as much mass from the payload as possible. This not only gives the lass stage less mass to push, but all of the other stages too.

A LV-909 "Terrier" on a FLT-400 fuel tank should be able to take 5 tonnes of payload from Kerbin orbit to a Mun flyby.

The design on the right, minus the solar panels and braces using the LV-909 can easily do the fly by. Tweak down the SRBS for best efficiency.

Yeah, I got it now. I wasn't very sure about how the forums worked when I posted this,but I got it now. I actually made an Apollo-style lander and it works. My main problem was limitation of docking ports, no RCS, and not enough parts in general. But I got it now. Thanks for your help guys!
