I can't launch a shuttle in 1.0

You are turning too hard then. You can't turn 45 degrees at 10km anymore without ripping something apart or flipping the wrong direction. Start turning slowly at about 1km give or take and be at 45 degrees by the time you hit 10km. Then keep going, as you get to around 40-50km Ap, you should be about 10 degrees to the horizon. It depends on the craft and takes some practice. You will get the hang of it.

My shuttle can flip by a slightly change of direction, then the wing rip off...

How slight?

If you force a turn to go far off your prograde marker you are asking to flip over.

A small 5 degree turn at around 1km is all you need, if it goes right you won't even need to put another turn command in until the upper atmosphere as it will slowly lean over by itself.

Ok, well there are a lot of things that can cause this.

1. If you are turning too hard, as mentioned, it will lose control.

2. If you are going too fast low in the atmosphere you may have trouble turning (though usually this actually makes it harder to turn, rather than turning too much).

3. If the center of thrust is not in-line with the center of mass, it will push the shuttle around (That is why the real one has angled engines, to offset the power of the boosters).

I turn the ship gently, once the ship pitch down a little bit, it tends to turning by itself. I have to keep pressing W to save it(shuttle's roll is 90 degree). but it only make it flip over later.

COT is not a problem, I have a throttle mod to deal with it

Pics or it didn't happen.

Seriously, if you're having trouble with a craft, post some pictures for diagnosis. Otherwise it's just a thread for flailing around uselessly.

Shuttles are harder than most things I'll admit, but they are very much possible in 1.02.

I modified the learstar stock shuttle to be more like STS, including the single burn to orbit. Getting the thrust angle on the main engines and the positioning of the main tank right is definitely tricky though.
