[Patcher] "Malformed Data... File not Found"?

I keep getting this message whenever I try to use the patcher to update KSP.

Unable to authenticate with the server: Received malformed data from the server: File not found.

And then it stops, whenever I try to cancel or close it says that it may corrupt my install.

I don't want to download the the whole KSP install again, that'll kill my bandwidth for the month. Some tips?

As the problem still does not seem to be solved, I'm downloading from the KSP Store now.

Not so great for those of us who have a lot of mods, huh? I was hoping the days of deleting and reinstalling 20+ mods every micropatch were over.

I know this has been dead for a few weeks but.. any word of a fix for this problem or should i just redownload ksp 1.0.4?

This is still an issue. Trying to patch to 1.0.5 and patcher says "malformed data, blah blah blah."

Do I have to re-install the the whole game to get the update? I purchased through KSP store. (##$#@!! Steam)

For the moment, redownloading the game from the KSP store through your account seems to be the only way. Unless you've got KSP on Steam.
