How do you update this game?

I have Check for game updates checked in settings, but the game does not update. Is this broken?

Update in launcher does not work 100% times. Best thing to do is update manually.

Go to your KSP folder > KSP_win > saves and backup your save files; then just delete KSP_win and download KSP 1.0.2 from KSP website. Extract archive and copy back your save files to the saves folder. This should do it.
