because i have a bad pc, and i get bad fps on kebin but good fps on the mun, i was wondering, is tehre a mod that would allow me to launch from the mun? like a second ksc on the mun?

Try the orbital construction plugin. It allows you to use fewer parts on your craft, which might help a lot.

Well.... Not entirely true. He could put a ship on the kerbin launch pad, close the game, modify the persistence file so that ship now appears on the mun, and then launch from there. Assuming you have the full game and not the trial that is.
