The question here is: Who approved this? I'd think that the press would be up in arms if there was a waterfall without any railing in the middle of town. This isn't art, it's a disaster and lawsuit waiting to happen! I mean, just look at that dog, he seems keen on jumping into the water thereby upsetting and devastating his owner and causing some sort of lawsuit against the town. And that lady, who by the guy's reaction, is ALSO keen on jumping into the water. I mean, I've heard of silly & dangerous projects and constructions, but this takes the cake!
