Dogfight between your Mig31 and my F15

Epic video! I'm amazed I got the first kill, because the Mig-31's not a turning fighter in the least, as your F-15 proved. Also that the AI didn't use the MiG-31's awesome speed advantage - it literally will outrun those sidewinders (EDIT: And Aim-120s for that matter at higher altitudes), and normally carries Aim-120s (or the soviet equivalent, the R40), not to mention it's not really capable of anything below 8000 meters.

The first fight I won because my plane flew so far away your missiles just burned out before getting there, then it swooped in. The last two fights the AI somehow tried turnfighting, that's not reccomended at all XD speed is your only friend in the MiG-31. In fact, you can see the plane shaking in turns, with air compression effects going on around it - seriously struggling at that low altitude. Another thing, check out the weight difference in planes - I'm sure the MiG-31's at least twice your plane's weight. But your plane did very well, nice turner, good flying characteristics.

And I don't even want to talk about fuel comsumption below 15,000m Like lighting a fuel truck on fire.
