Documents leaked today tell of an agency known only as "Section 6" that has been operating under the radar for the past 18 months.

Informants have declined to speak with the media this afternoon, fueling further speculation as to their purpose in an already saturated market.

Thus far, the kerbarithm used to encrypt the documents is proving difficult to circumvent revealing only the following image. Big Brother watching or Hoax? You decide!
