BUG - Ship not editable in hangar/ stages missing

Hi,

Since Kerbal 1.0.2.842 has been released, I'm having this really annoying bug:

1- Ship can't be edited.

2- Stages missing.

3- Ship is always saved as 0 parts in 0 stages.

Image below.

Restarting game or re-installing doesn't seem to fix the issue.

Can someone help me?
