UI does not respond when using Time Warp To

KSP Version: 1.0.2 for Windows

What happens: the stock toolbar and the kerbal knowledge base (the ship/planet/resources info in map view) do not respond to clicking. I have reproduced this with multiple ships orbiting kerbin, the mun, and minmus (not tested outside the kerbin system).

Mods/Add-ons: First noticed with KER & distant object enhancement bis (latest versions), reproduced with stock.

Steps to replicate:

1) Launch or load a ship in orbit

2) Activate the Time Warp To feature.

3) While Time Warp To is active, click on any panel on the toolbar or kerbal knowledge base (in map view). If any are open, attempt to scroll.

Result: Nothing happens.

Expected Behaviour: The relevant panels toggle when clicked. Scrollable panels scroll when scrolled.
