Stuck In Tracking Center

First time I have had this happen, got a ship in orbit and went back to the Space Center, then I wanted to check something and went into the Tracking Center and things were not normal (screenshots below), and clicking on exit did absolutely nothing.

Nothing shows up in the vessel/object list either.

And when I mouse over the Vessel List:
