This wonderful mod hasn't been updated since .25 and it really adds a great level of immersion to IVA missions and once you have played with it it is painful to not use it

So I would like to formally request for a skilled plugin developer to pick this mod up, please

I suspect there will need to be major changes to the code to get it working in 1.0 as it references atmospheric things for a lot of the shaking. Also comparability with nuFAR, RealChutes and DRE would (for me at least) be a must have.

The current version worked ok in .90 but it had some reported issues with RealChutes, also for me it had a major bug when using unmanned vessels, NRE spam that would crash the game, however I believe it was a plugin conflict as it didn't happen on a stock install, however I have yet to track down which dll was causing the conflict (heavily modded install).

yep if you look at the cfg think it this line

EngineType = LiquidFuel

And this one gives you the launch smoke
