Addon to search parts in assembly by name?

I'm trying to find a mod that works with 1.x that can let me filter/search parts in assembly by name. A little bar that I can type parts of a name into and it will then only display the parts that have that in their name. Is that something that exists?

Not that I know of, but I would also appreciate such a mod if it exists, or request one if it doesn't.

Y'know, when they announced the ability to search, I expected a text search like this to be part of what they implemented. Definitely would love to see this happen as a mod or vanilla
