Has this been suggested already? I hope not, but if so then feel free to post a link and I'll bump it.

How I see it: You have a slider or a button to empty all the tanks in the VAB/SPH. It would be possible to choose what type of fuels we want to empty. That way we couls check CoM before and after the tanks get dry.

Also tweakable fuels for different tanks!
