Sometimes you may be lucky and they will follow you wherever you go. This is from my first Munar landing mission and they were in this position to my craft up until I finished my transfer burn

Err, you do realise you don't actually have to fill up the space station with kerbals, just have room for X amount of kerbals?

I think I have a ridiculous contract. Someone wanted me to rescue a kerbal orbiting the sun. I was given 20 years. I thought Ok, this should be like a redirect mission. I check the tracking station to see where they were, and...

They're orbiting beyond the orbit of Jool.

I've barley been able to land on Minmus in my career.

Test the Clamp-o-tron on a suborbital trajectory of the Sun.

Not a problem. Any orbit that intersects the sun is suborbital. Of course, the Delta-V requirements to reach such an orbit are quite absurd, but the contract is legit.

Most of the "put an asteroid in orbit around (body)" or "eject an asteroid from the solar system" contracts are pretty absurd. Especially when it asks this of a class E asteroid. I mean it's more doable now since you can mine the asteroids down to hollow husks, but even so.

I just got a silly contract that seemed alright at first.

Rescue this guy from orbit, look at map, oh just a 8000 to 10.000 inclined orbit, that should be doable giving enough time to line up orbits.

Then find out halfway through the mission that after 3 orbits the poor guy gets slingshotted by the moon into kerbol orbit..... -_-"

So now i either have to ditch the contract and suffer a big rep loss, or figure out a way to perfectly launch, align and "dock" with this capsule in one go...

(anyone got suggestions?)
