I'm looking for a special set of satellite images

As a resident of the town Harderwijk in the Netherlands I frequently see the biggest man made object(?) ever. The Flevopolder.

The Flevopolder now, Harderwijk is the biggest city on the mainland (with the big bridge towards the polder)

This island was constructed up until 1968. Meaning the Space age already started. And I'd like to see images of the construction of the polder. The whole transition from sea, to a couple of dykes, to the island we have now.

A few months ago I found a image repository of space to ground images made during the Gemini missions, these where amazingly sharp but I did not found any images of the Netherlands (I didn't really looked for that then though...).

Can anyone here help me?

The Landsat project only started in 1972, I don't think there were any operational civilian wide-area earth observation projects before it.

Also, the Netherlands might be at a too high latitude for the Gemini orbits to pass over it...
