Vehicle disintegreats after docking

I'm having a serious issue with my space station.

See, the second module is getting destroyed after docking. This is the second time it happened, it is the same as last time. I'm playing in sandbox mode, if that's nessecary. Also, this only seems to happen with this vessel. I docked two Gemini-style crafts and made an Apollo-style mission

earlier, it all went flawless. Strange, right? Did anyone else have the same issue?
