Distance record bug?

Does anyone know if there is a bug with the distance record? I achieved the distance of 28km from KSC but the next milestone did not show up (39km, 100km).

Although I was slightly confused at first of what you were asking, I have a few suggestions.

It might be good for me to assume that you went back to checked the list of contracts again? But also you might want to land somewhere and recover the craft, as to my knowledge, that's a part of some contracts and such to advance. I have a feeling it's not a bug and really just a means of refreshing the contracts once more.

In other words, it is helpful you included this picture, but I don't think you're going to get new contracts mid-flight unless you have already accepted them at KSC. But I'm not exactly sure what all you have tried because it wasn't specified. But that's alright though. Sorry if I came off serious, I hope you can figure out the issue though. Best wishes

Yes, thats right.

Apparently after i restart a new career, i am able to get the 39km and 100km distance record to show up. Not sure what i did that cause the difference. I am suspecting that certain location on Kerbin might cause the next distance record not to activate. Thats just my guess, need to do more testing to verify this.
