science progression using contracts

It is not hard to get very far in the science tree while staying around Kerbin/Mun/Minmus.

I would propose to attach certain contracts to certain science nodes.

I would not change the science points needed, but add additional constraints.

For example:

- required to have achieved orbit once before unlocking any of the 90points science nodes

- at least two landings (or flags) on Mun and Minmus before unlocking any of the 160points science nodes

- reach Duna space before unlocking a specific 300 science node

- all buildings leveled up once before unlocking any 300 science node

- having actually used small batteries in space before unlocking a science node with bigger batteries

- having actually used simple solar panels in space before unlocking a science node with advanced solar panels

Science is too easy if all you need to do is visit(or fly over) biomes on Kerbin/Mun/Minmus with a scientist.
