A bouncing alert icon to highlight mission control

Because contracts are so critical to career mode and because mission control is a smaller building behind the assembly building and particularly because I've seen many youtube videos where people have missed the MC, having the MC flash or having a bouncing alert icon would help provide a pointer to critical game functionality.

I think having quick buttons for each of the buildings should be at the top or bottom of the screen. And when moused-over, they highlight the building in the astronaut complex. It's infuriating sometimes to want to check on your missions, and you click the VAB three times in a row.

Sure. It's just easy for newbies to miss the whole contract thing. (That and realizing KSC is upgradeable).

That's a good suggestion. Maybe just numbered icons for each building. The top number rows could be used as shortcuts (I don't think these are used in the space center) and a building-highlight-on-mouse-over should be possible.

A mod accomplishing such a thing should be very simple to setup (too many mod ideas... ).
