Is there a RAM usage chart available?

Hi all. Was just wondering if there was a RAM usage chart that anyone knows of? For example, id like to see how much RAM FASA uses or KSP in general but im not sure how to find out myself. Any ideas or solutions would be a great help to me.

Windows: Task Manager

OS X: Activity Monitor or top

Linux: top, or there's probably also some graphical tool these days

They will just let you see the current usage of KSP. From there, it's basic scientific method to determine how much any given KSP setup uses, but varying the parameters and observing the results.

Limits are around 3GB on Windows, 4GB on OS X, and effectively unlimited on 64-bit Linux.

Ahh I see now thankyou. With KSP running im at 2.56GB memory usage, stable and smooth gameplay.....5 hours into play time with no crashes

Note that what's being shown there (in the task manager) is actually the "working set size", not the "how much ram is in use". The WSS here is the important number, but it's an important distinction.

Alt-F12 menu has a performance tab as well.
