Fairing angle snap

Currently, the fairings will snap to vertical and to close fairing position, but nowhere else.

My suggestion is to have angle snap control whether it snaps or not, so with angle snap off, it would be totally free, to allow for more smooth curves, and with angle snap on, it would always snap to 5-or-15 degree angles. That way, you could make pointy, angular fairings.

I like this idea, right now, you can't make a fairing completely round or completely pointy : its always a bit of both. This would allow to do any
