Forcing contracts to spawn?

I'd really like it if the Explore contracts were shifted to autocompleting records... but alas, they are not.

The Eve launch window is closing rapidly(since the game starts at the end of one of the launch windows), and I've launched a probe to it.

So far I have only explore Duna and Ike... I suspect I'll get explore eve after that... except my eve probe arrives first.

I never did get the explore minmus contract (side question: how much does that pay in sci/funds/ rep, so I can semi-non cheater add that amount to my .cfg file).

I'd like to make the explore eve contract spawn (along with the flybys!) before my probe reaches there....

Anything I can do?

Hmm, I've never used the debug menu before.

I'm not opposed to editing my .cfg file to put it in there, though.

I don't suppose anyone can C&P and explore contract that I can then C&P into my .cfg so I can accept it.

Maybe we should have a whole file with explore and flyby contracts for people to use to get the contracts they want, but won't spawn for some reason.

Its really frustrating that I keep getting the same random stuff over and over again (build *another* orbital station here, *another* surface base there, rescue *another* Kerbal from _____), but it won't give me funds to go someplace new

I'm sensing that your frustration is coming from a lack of funds. I'm still relatively early in 1.0, but I have found the stations to be quite lucrative so far and easily combined with other plant flag, launch satellite, or rescue missions (I use 4 or more side mounted rescue ships on my stations which are each fully functional with probe cores solar panels and a pod so the required kerbal capacity isn't just a bunch of useless hitchiker containers). A satellite anywhere around Kerbin/minmus/mun doesn't need to cost more than 20,000 to launch and generally yields 100k+ if you just start small and put the bare minimum couple of panels, antenna, .

The funds seem to come primarily from learning to do things better and cheaper.

I know it is a bit of a grind to get enough to upgrade the buildings to level 3. But every time I do it I get better at it. It really helps to figure out what smaller or larger parts you can use to get things done more cheaply. That's what makes the game so much fun.

Its not a lack of funds or a lack of science (I've unlocked rapiers and ions, pretty much harvested all of the Mun and Minmus except for the grav scans), and I can launch sats to the Mun/Minmus realy cheaply as I rely on 100% recovery SSTOs....

I'm just tired of doing those repetitive contracts.

I don't want a 2nd mun station.

I don't want a heliocentric station.

I don't want to clutter my flights list/bloat my save file with more sats for contracts (sure I can delete/deorbit after contract completion).

I've done enough grinding, I don't want to do more of the same grinding.

The explore contracts are at least new and different, and don't feel grindy.

I already have the fund for them and have launched them, and multiple other flights that aren't for contracts.

This has put me a bit low on funds.

I know the explore contracts exist, I'd just like them to spawn now... because that mission is going there, now
