A search for a less insane resource scanner

Does anyone know of a mod that adds smaller resource scanners (like the ones added in 1.0 but, well, smaller)? My problem is that both of the regular resource scanners are absolutely ginormous, making them unsuitable for small surveyor probes.

EDIT: In case I wasn't entirely clear, I'm looking for something with actual 1.0 resource scanning functionality.

MKS has the orbital camera which is nice and compact, lightweight too. It doubles as a narrowband scanner as well.

DMagics orbital science stuff used to have some resource scanning capability, but not anymore.

MKS doesn't seem to be updated to 1.0.

I think your simple, stock solution, is to modify the Scale factors in the part's .cfg file to 0.5 or lower
