How to disable aero display.

From the main menu

Settings - input - Game.

Scroll down through the key/button bindings to find the UI section.

I have my key for steam screenshots at end, because f12 is my recording key... But yeah, thanks, this really helped.

Can I ask what you use for recording? I was trying to use nvidias shadowplay so it is always recording and I can save something interesting that happens suddenly. But it doesn't seem to record when KSP is in windowed mode
