Requesting an artist's help! (Potential Reward!!)

I have a design idea I would like to have made (on the topic of KSP) however I am not good at ALL with computer art with no experience whatsoever. I would like to have this request done relatively soon (on a deadline) therefore ruling me learning to do this myself out.

It's not a hard request- but if you could contact me via PM I can provide you with more details on what I want . There IS a potential reward for whoever is willing to do this!!

I know him well enough . I don't say "no" because I don't want to see his- I say "no" since I already know what he can do (not that I have a problem with it- I commend his desire to try!!).
