MKS/OKS resource button causes Exception Errors

KSP 1.02 / OKS 30.4 / Karb. 0.62 / FTT 0.4.1 - Win7

Whenever i click the resource button from mks i see exception errors, have tried removing all other mods one by one.

Tried a fresh install with a fresh d/l of the USI mods (OKS/Karbonite/FTT) as the only addition to KSP, same error.

Reproduction steps: install KSP, install OKS, put pod on pad, click resource button.
