Can't remove "sticky part tags" in staging view

For some reason two parts keep showing their name tag. I've tried clicking it away. How do I remove them?

Hover your mouse over the square beside "MonoPropellant" and move it away to the right, the labels should disappear.

Hmm... try switching to map view, or right/left clicking somewhere else. If all else fails switch to the Space Center and then back to the ship.

That's what I thought too, maybe this is the problem. The fact that the square was not filled in suggested otherwise to me.

A bit more info for clarity:

I've had this happen when I have the resource tab left open and interact with one of the other toolbar icons. The square doesn't fill but it shows data as if it was (note the menus only show monoprop, not the other items from the pods). A bit of fiddling with mouseover on the resource tab usually resolves it.

Also, I said "right" above when I meant "left". This is why I'm not political.

The problem solved itself. I accidentally separated a stage too early and had to revert. Well, now I've learned to lock my stages.

^^ Those aren't the right click menus, there's not enough info in them.

Happened again. The resources tab was the culprit, indeed.
