Locking camera controls in IVA

I'm working on a new mod that uses a window with a scrollable area, and I'm trying to figure out how to properly lock the camera controls so that you can use your mouse wheel to scroll through the list without also triggering the camera zoom. I've set a control lock when entering the window:

InputLockManager.SetControlLock(ControlTypes.CAMERACONTROLS, "myLockId");

This works just fine in normal flight mode, but it doesn't work within IVA. I even tried using ControlTypes.All and it didn't make a difference.

Does anyone know how to lock camera controls in IVA mode? Thanks!
