The entire vessel at once? Don't think it can be done. You'd have to scale up each part individually.

Gymman, even though you can sometimes get great responses literally within minutes after posting a question that doesn't mean it will always happen that quick. Just give it some time.

This time you got lucky with a great answer in just over an hour. Motokid is correct. You'll have to rescale individually. Just keep in mind things like weight, fuel, thrust and cost not always rescale properly. Blindly rescaling does not guarantee similar behaviour.

IIRC you can't scale the root part, but I don't remember whether they disallowed it or if it just invoked the Kraken. So I'd suggest your actual root be a probe core you offset to hide.
