Topographical maps for KSP

Hello all

I know from doing a bit of hiking and exploring in our local woods, how usefull topo maps can be for deciding routes and campsites. Is there a mod for KSP that overlays topo info for the planets? It would be extremely useful for finding landing sites. I'm thinking some thing that overlays while orbiting said planet.

If you want something ingame there's ScanSat, which is a mod where you can scan planets with satellites to see elevation, slope, biome, anomalies, and resources. It's also pretty fun.
