Is is possible to change the .craft file versions from one KSP version to another?

Does anyone here know how to convert .craft files to different versions?

Because I'm currently unable to play KSP 1.0.2, but have .90 still (Gotta have back ups you know) and need/want to put some of my amazing crafts from it into .90.

Now, I know that I'd still need to import some 1.0.2 parts, (which I did when it was 1.0.) love that ram air-intake lol

No need. Just copy (copy so that you have a backup) your ships to the new KSP installation. They should work out of the box, and if you happen to open and re-save them, they will save with the appropriate version number.

You may have some small issues with a few parts depending on what versions your talking about.

For example back a few the size of reaction wheels changed. But there aren't many

As stated, copy the desired .craft files. I did that with my large station parts. Only had to adjust a few.
