How to use Anti-Aliasing on Linux (Guide) (Nvidia)

I found a way to use Anti-Aliasing on Linux. The anti-aliasing setting in-game does not do anything.

1. Install latest Nvidia drivers

Get list of drivers

sudo ubuntu-drivers devices

Install recommended driver

(You could install the Nvidia's third party driver but I don't know does it have better performance)

apt-get install nvidia-352

Install and reboot

2. Press Windows button and search for "nvidia"

3. Open "NVIDIA X Server Settings"

4. Go to "Antialiasing Settings"

5. Select "Override Application Settings"

6. Select your preferred antialiasing (In my case 8x Multisample Anti-Aliasing)

7. Success!

Shouldn't that work exactly the same with older versions of the proprietary driver package as well? I actually have 331, hadn't noticed that newer versions have come around

It should work with all Nvidia drivers but everyone does not have Nvidia drivers installed
