Spaceplane wobbles excessively

I am using Mechjeb with F.A.R (both up to date) and using the spaceplane guidance function. My spaceplanes wobble terribly with mechjeb, but when I turn mechjeb off I have no issues.

Anyone know of a fix or if there are some compatibility issues with mechjeb and F.A.R?

I have same the same problem with MechJeb in stock 1.0 aerodynamics. My plane stopped wobbling when I disabled all yaw control. It seems the heading wants to be 100% correct and therefor always tries to readjust. I personally only use the guidance function to turn my planes.
