What the, holy, how, jeez.

First, I'd say take a good, hard, look at which ones you actually use often. All those part mods; out of all those hundreds of parts; you probably only use a small fraction of them.

I can't really recommend any specific mods to remove; as I don't know which mods, and which parts of which mods, you use regularly. The only person who can really do that is you.

I recommend installing Procedural Parts and pruning it from everything except the fuel tanks and then pruning all fuel tanks from your other mods using https://github.com/Felger/AutoPruner

Acctually AutoPruner is probably the answer to all your woes.

So, I use most of those mods (not ATM, FASA, KW, or NovaPunch, but plus several more), and Environmental Visual Enhancements, and my game still runs pretty smoothly, thanks to the power of OpenGL. However, I've started approaching the RAM limit, so I've been setting up a sort of "triage" of mods that I'm willing to give up first. A program like WinDirStat can be handy by showing you what the real memory hogs are, but the ultimate question for me is basically "What does this mod let me do that I can't do without it?"
