Terrible lag for no reason

I just constructed a spacecraft with mining equipment (17 parts) and when I launch it, everything just LAGS. Even just putting a command pod on the Launchpad makes everything lag! The game has never lagged like this before and it didn't when I just started the game today. Nothing seems to be using up performance in the task manager.

List of mods:

-Hyperedit (I have messed with the orbits of planets but it worked just fine)

-Outer Planets

I am on KSP 1.0.2 32-bit, with 64-bit computer and I have checked the support instructions page.
