[Bug] Targeting a flag causes it to teleport underground

When you target a flag planted near KSC, and target the flag while flying a plane, the flag will teleport miles underground after recovering the plane.

How to replicate the bug:

1. Plant a flag a few metres at the foot of the runway.

2. Fly a plane.

3. Fly about 100km away from the flag. (unload the flag)

4. Target the flag while flying.

5. Come around and land back on the runway.

6. Recover the plane.

7. Viola, your flag is now 5km underground.
